Our laboratory develops bioinformatics tools for analyzing single-cell multi-omics data and applies these tools to actual biological systems to explore various topics, including tumor heterogeneity in cancer and the changes in somatic genome mutations and functions with immune cell aging. We welcome the interest of postdoctoral researchers, server operations researchers, and students who wish to gain research experience during their undergraduate studies or pursue master's/doctoral graduate studies.
